Treatment
Reclaim Pelvic Therapy brings a holistic approach to treatment that incorporates a blend of manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, breath work, and attention to the brain’s role in pelvic dysfunction. Health coaching is utilized to empower clients to take the lead in managing their own health. As a part of each customized treatment session, we will integrate a comprehensive analysis of nutrition, energy, emotions, and lifestyle as key components of pelvic dysfunction and/or chronic pain.
