Prenatal prep: $675* (3 visits) **Recommended for anyone looking to have a few touch points throughout pregnancy for full body (spotlight on core and pelvic floor) health and mobility, birth mobility preparation, baby positioning, pushing preparation, and vulvar/perineal stretching.
Postpartum recovery: $900* (4 visits) **Recommended for anyone looking to focus on their full body health and recovery (focus on core and pelvic floor) postpartum. We will assess for and rehabilitate common issues such as diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, bowel/gas incontinence, prolapse, perineal healing, c-section scar recovery, abdominal doming/coning/pooching, pelvic/back pain, sexual function.
Deep dive: $1800* (8 visits) **Recommend for anyone who has been experiencing chronic or hard to heal pelvic floor issues. Some examples may be chronic pelvic pain, chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs) that are not culturing positive, chronic constipation, chronic anal fissures, chronic coccydynia/tailbone pain, interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome, vulvodynia, chronic pain with sex/intimacy/orgasm.
Massage Offerings:
Prenatal Therapeutic Massage: $200/$300* (50/80 minutes) ***Specially designed to support and nurture expecting mothers-this is a gentle, yet effective treatment focuses on alleviating the unique physical and emotional strains associated with pregnancy (ie: low back/hip pain, swelling). We begin with a discussion of your specific needs and any areas of concern, ensuring a personalized experience. Using high-quality, hypoallergenic oils and a comfortable, supportive positioning system, the massage aims to enhance circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall well-being. Beyond physical relief, the Therapeutic Prenatal Massage helps to reduce stress and anxiety, and foster a deeper connection with your changing body. It’s a nurturing experience designed to help you feel your best and embrace this beautiful journey of motherhood with ease and serenity.
Breast Massage: $120 (30 minutes) ***This is a very gentle massage therapy designed to assist with milk supply, breastfeeding challenges, and overall breast health and embodiment. This specialized treatment addresses common issues such as milk supply, clogged ducts, mastitis, post cancer treatment, lymphatic flow, and the effects of prolonged compression from clothing/bras, providing both relief and nurturing care. We will use gentle, targeted techniques to balance milk flow, alleviate discomfort, and reduce inflammation. The session begins with a discussion to understand your specific needs and any areas of concern. This massage technique not only supports physical relief but can also foster a sense of well-being, helping you to reconnect with and embrace your whole body. Ideal for pregnant women looking to prepare for breastfeeding, breastfeeding mothers, those experiencing breast discomfort, or anyone seeking to enhance and more deeply connect with their overall breast health.
Telehealth:
Visits range from $135/30 to $265/60 minutes* and pricing is prorated based on time scheduled.
*There will be a 3.5% processing fee added to all credit card transactions.
**Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be redeemed and used within 12 months of purchase.
***Massage sessions do not involve complex physical therapy assessment and are considered a wellness service
Travel visits:
A $200 travel fee added to the above pricing for all in home visits
Insurance:
Reclaim Pelvic Therapy is an out of network provider for all insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company if you have any questions about your out of network benefits. Reclaim Pelvic Therapy will also be happy to provide you with any documents/codes which will assist you in receiving reimbursement.
Reclaim Pelvic Therapy can provide superbills (in most cases) which patients/clients may submit to their insurance company and/or flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts for out of network reimbursement. Patients/clients are responsible for knowing their benefits if choosing this option.
Patients are responsible for payments at the time of service via credit card, Zelle, cash, or check.
